Solar installers.
Hands-on work.

The work

• Install mounting rails, brackets, clamps, and solar panels.
• Drill and secure fixings under the installation team’s direction.
• Run and secure cables, conduit, and cable supports.
• Move equipment, prepare the site, and keep work areas organised.
• Follow site instructions and safety procedures, including work at height.

What we’re looking for

• Practical installation skills and confidence using hand and power tools.
• Ability to handle physical outdoor work and work safely on rooftops.
• Reliability, teamwork, and willingness to follow instructions.
• Availability for scheduled projects and travel to project sites.

A plus: experience with solar PV wiring, cable routing, or electrical installation. The main role is physical installation; electrical connections and testing are handled by appropriately qualified personnel.
